I would recommend BoDog. Good conversions, good retention, good aff. support even though you get relatively small commissions.
I would also recommend SciFicasino with wagerprofits.
I personally recommend these and promote them on my sites:

inetBet would be my first choice. I’d add Bodog and Club World although the latter has a low weekly cashout limit, but all 3 have a good rep among players which counts for a lot although iNetBet and Club World do negative carryover too – Bodog may, can’t remember. Behind these, 49er, Sci-Fi, Breakaway, Geisha and Solomons.
If I had to recommend just one, it would be CWC Affiliates. The support is great, they are wonderful to their players, they do have negative rollover now but commission was set to 30% to offset. I am able to convert a fair amount although I only seem to have a couple steady players. I may be a little biased, I do have one big player there, but bottom line, they support their affiliates, they’re great to their players and they have fast payouts (usually same day within their payout limits). I like em.
I should have stated I don’t want negative carry over.

Difficult to choose, but I guess those two.
