You’re using their notification system in their affiliate program right?
I’d make sure that you’re using that .. as it seems to work better .. but …They currently seem to take 4-5 days to provide even the most basic of answers.
They’ve been a lot worse :
During the World Cup we had a stats problem that I noticed when I was over in Germany so I posted a question in mid June :
– watched the end of the world cup
– flew home haveway around the world
– saw the issue eventually get fixed
– got on with the new season… and 8 weeks later finally got a reply asking me if I still had a problem with the stats !!!

Yes, I was using the notification system via the affiliate program. I’ve just sent care@ladbrokes an email in the hope that they might be able to prompt some action.
Thanks for the offer of help, I’ll give them a further week and let you know.
