    This is the code I usually use for my .swf animations.

    Change the bold fields with the size/name/location of your file, and insert the code in your html source code, I think that should do the trick!

    I think the affiliate link should already be embedded in the .swf file. So if it isn’t clickable already, I’m sorry, I don’t know what code to add. You’ll probably have to wait for your affiliate manager to tell you. :(

    Maybe you need to set the clicktag, so try adding the part in red (change the link for your affiliate link). Maybe that will work.
