This totally depends on the volme and type of traffic you can send.

CPays do as i have been contacted by them direct (details below) and also contacted by a marketing group representing them too. So i guess there activly looking hard for sites to advertise on. Ypu may want to give this guy an email.

When doing flat fee, always ask for payment in advance. Never enter into an agreement with a party you don’t know or trust.
This is the way to protect yourself, these things can go sour if they don’t produce to expectation.
Never enter into any agreement where you are not one hundred percent sure that you can deliver full value for the dollar.
You’ll not find many places who pay for branding these days (bad judgement on their part IMO) , and those that do will seek out the top volume sites only. So you’ll get places who think they can at least make what they spend, and of course they hope to make more than that.
This earning model is closely linked to CPA in many ways, and as a matter of fact, many places will add a precise requirement for aquisitions you need to fill.
The right kind of contract will just even out the ups and downs for both parties. It is based on trust and expectation of performance.
You should stay on top of how you are performing at all times and tweak exposure as you go to meet expectations by month’s end.
Availability of these deals depends on the current budget the programs have and what you can offer in ways of traffic and converting players. There is no clear cut rule.
