Do you know webmasters of these sites?

Some have emaill address on but the emails either get returned unknow address or I never hear back from them, which could well be because they get so much spam and maybe don’t check emails.

If I go the WHOIS router am I likely to get same problem.

I know some webmaters from here have done link trades with some of the above sites so some people most know the webmasters.
