I know there will be a morning when Neteller is no longer available to US players or affiliates, but I sure hope thats as long from now as humanly possible. We sure dont need that kick in the teeth right before the holidays. :santa2:

Boy, I sure hope it isn’t suddenly one morning we can’t get in…I assume there will be a warning, or did I miss it?

InactiveI don’t think thats how it will happen.
You won’t be able to pay casinos or get paid by casinos, but you’ll have access to your money.

vladcizsolMemberYou may not be able to withdraw funds into a US bank account or via cheque if those funds were sent by Gaming merchants, so you may have a serious situation on your hands.

They way I read things is that the US is trying to restrict US citizens from funding gaming accounts. That would be via banking institutions and quite possibly ewallets like Neteller. Why would they care if you received money via Neteller from a Gaming merchant?

Maybe because ‘they’ didn’t get to tax it, double-tax it, or get any part of it? Money makes the world go round.. especially when we’re talking about our politicians!

InactiveWon’t we still be able to use our Neteller debit cards?
November 10, 2006 at 8:34 am #715271Anonymous
Guestvia cheque
not sure what you meant by that Prof, as I see it there would be no reason NETeller wouldn’t issue checks if they can’t pay by transfer. Whether you can cash the check at your local bank will be another question completely but I don’t see why NETeller would not send the checks as they are still accountable for sending our funds when we request them or if they decide to close our accounts they still owe us the money that was in them and must pay us in some fashion. … checks being how I would think they would go about such.

InactiveIn view of all about said I can tell only one thing… I think it is worth switching to ePassporte… as they do not have any problems with US. They do also send a debit card etc.
Thats why we already have ePassporte as the payment system both in our casino and affiliate program.
Thus it is again only an option. -
