Well, Alderney and the Isle of Man have been giving out licenses for a while now. Don´t forget Gibraltar, that´s British as well so they must have amended the rules slightly but that´s about it.
I am much more intruiged by their argument against what UK officials call “prohibition” and for regulation.
“Separate moves are also underway to secure an international agreement that would protect gamblers using sites registered in countries other than the UK. “
Well, the UK definately got it right with gambling.
