InactivePersonally, I do not have a problem with that. As far as I know they are currently building a comprehensive affiliate member area which will be fully functional.
And I agree that it converts very well. They must be doing a lot of cross-promotion.

Guesthi all,
having been looking around lately for a decent RTG … I considered bodog but have never until now heard anybody mention them … aff wise.
I meant to check out their website to see but ended up going with a suggestion from one of the threads here and that fell apart about as soon as I’d wasted about 3 hours setting up the links to that program.
Not sure .. . but I don’t think the Prof has them listed here.
then again, … I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed. ….. just an average tool …. or so my Missus tells me

InactiveBeen with them for over 2 years. They are picky about who they affiliate with (which I respect) and the down time on the stats is tollerable. When I first signed up they had no affiliate login page or stats so there has been major improvements in that area. Convertions are good and retention is excellent. Payouts are always on time. If they accept you as an affiliate from my experience they are worth promoting.

InactiveI talked to Pete, one of the aff. managers, over the phone a couple days ago. He said they are doing a ton of work to the program right now so it’s been down a ton lately. I think it’s been down for the past 2 days. Usually it’s only down during the night time from like 1am-4am or something like that. At least thats when I had problems with it.
The player retention and conversion are great so it’s worth it. Plus the AM’s are good people.

InactiveWhat is the payout minimum from Bo Dog, did not see it on the site?
I myself o well with VIP Profits and was very happy to see they made an internal adjustment to keep US players and their casinos are also on the RTG platform so they are taking the world.

InactiveI’ve only been working with bodog for a short time but they are brilliant, at least until some guy won £10k at the weekend!:whoa:

InactiveBodog is the best converting program we have, probably the best at retention as well. The only downside is the negative carry-over. When the affiliate site is down (seems to be late at night usually), I just come back later, and it almost always seems to be up.

InactiveNegative carry-over? Noooooo!! I’ll be screwed for months now
And to think I’d just gotten them to switch me over from CPA to revshare. Bastards.October 30, 2006 at 6:21 pm #714028Anonymous
InactiveWebber do not worry, all sportsbooks do a negative carryover it is the nature of the beast. The good news is the first half of the season has been horrible for most books with the players winning pretty regularly.
These past two months have seen a bit of a turnaround so I think you switched at just the right time. Does anybody no about the Bo Dog minimum payment?

Another Bodog.com Casíno player has landed in the millionaires club after going on an amazing run in the Bodog.com Casíno. The player who hails from Forge Cottage, England and wishes to remain anonymous sat down at his computer to play Jacks or Better video poker and before he knew it, his $5 bet won him a sizeable $1,310,720.
“For the player who likes a game of skill, a low house edge and the possibility of large wíns, there is nothing else that can compare to Bodog.com’s video poker,” says Bodog.com’s Founder Calvin Ayre. “Bodog.com’s casíno continuously aims to raise the bar with this type of entertainment and we couldn’t be more happy to make some dreams happen while we’re at it.”
The big winner was playing $1 Jacks or Better and wagering 5 coins, or $5 at a time when an amazing chain of events unfolded: he wagered $5 and got paid $5 for his pair of Queens. From that wín, he was then given the option to double up – a great betting opportunity that involves no house edge so players have a 50/50 chance of winning each time they double up. The British national took full advantage of this and proceeded to double up successfully 16 times in a row and walk away as Bodog.com’s newest millionaire.
“I’m a gambler. I like to gamble,” he said. “I thought about cashing out after breaking $40,000, but decided to continue. Then when I broke one million, I was tempted by the thought of doubling up on over one million dollars, but finally decided against it.”
What did the millionaire do after his wín? “I went on a long walk and smiled a great deal,” he said
