I should sue Comcast for the EXTREME mental anguish they are causing me. I am still on dial up and its simply unbearable.

In Dantes Inferno V3.0 I would imagine there is a level in hell where webmasters are cast and forced to download page after page of content via a slow dial up connection.

“Welcome to hell Professor….. You’ve got Mail!”

Comcast is a nightmare to deal with. I use them up here in Tallahassee and it seems it doesn’t go a day without going out. I have virtually quit playing poker online because of this, it has cost me too many big pots that would pay for 10 years of comcast service. You should look at getting sprint, my sister has it and says it has virtually no downtime. What gets me is when I call and complain about the downtime, they say for a fee I can get the business version of comcast internet with better uptime and faster response to problems. Gimmie a damn break, I have to pay an extra fee just to get a better version of what I should be getting already with my current subscription, “uninterupted internet service”. And then they are kind enough to rebate me $3.60 for my trouble, downtime pro-rated. Sprint it is for me as soon as I find the time.

I have Fiber for phone lines. But Cable Broadband is still faster then DSL on Fiber. Unless of course its down…

Then its Dial Up Hell …. Cups of tea get cold before a page loads and the demons which inhabit this realm play endless loops of Abba in the background as they watch me writhing in agony in front of my keyboard…
