Hi,
The $10 free birthday promotion is a standard one that requires a minimum of a $20 deposit. I have taken this up with the casino manager who has confirmed that you were mistakenly advised that you needed to deposit $100. I sincerely apologise for this error and the casino manager is finding out which support agent told you this to make sure it doesn’t happen to any other players.
Our casinos are still taking bets from US players up until the Safe Ports Act is signed which we believe will be on Friday.

I am sorry but, I did not catch the name of the gal that I spoke to from support. I could can usually but, could not make out her name through the heavy accent.
However I did come back to state that my Mummy’s Gold account was credited with a “birthday pressie” and I am a happy camper!
