InactiveI hear a lot affiliate gripes about partypoker, but I have had success with there program, and no problems. I only have a handfull ofplayers at Partypoker, I have never promoted them strongly as I always felt the market was saturated. I have a good player value for what I have sent them, they pay for tournaments and blackjack (unlike Ultimatebet) from the begining (unlike pokeraffiliates). They are a well known and trusted brand with the players.
I also have had success with Pacific poker (888.com), but I think the complaints from them are there support of scrapper sites and black hat SEO methods.
By far my best converting program is Ultimatebet, but I would advise not to use them as they do not pay affiliates for Blackjack of tournaments, and this is a large chunk of your income. I promoted them for years before I found out they are stealing form me, and even admit it.
I would look into the prima sites offered by rewardsaffiliates, they are a solid program and they pay 35% from the start.
Good luck!

InactiveParty Poker and PokerRoom.com are my two best sites. I haven’t had a problem with either one. I agree with the previous post about Ultimate Bet – they don’t pay for tournament fees (which account for over 30% of affiliate income) so I would give them very little exposure. My player value at Party and PokerRoom is much higher than my player value at Ultimate Bet.

InactiveIf you are worried, why don’t you change to CPA? Of course, you will have had to prove yourself first in order to get your initial payments. I’m sure thats probably what you’ve heard, is that PP doesn’t pay their new affiliates because of scams and such.

InactiveParty Poker did seem to have some past issues. Don’t think they were malicious though, and lately they have been fine. We only have a few players there, but they play consistently each month and we are always paid on time.

vladcizsolMemberI have never had any real problems with them either.
Party Poker is one of those programs that seem to evoke a strong emotional response from affiliates. Almost all of us work with them (Thats why they are here at CAP), but a number of people arent fans of the brand and are VERY vocal about it. This creates the perception that there are more negative feelings about Party then there probably are in reality.

Inactive1 good thing about Party Poker is the rakeback policy. They don’t allow it, and I like that!

InactiveEveryone keeps forgetting about the fact that longtime CAP member “antoine” had all of his players stolen from him a while back. This happened to “Kat” too. Read:

After seeing stories like this, there is no way I will ever work with Party again. It isn’t worth the risk.
But that’s just me. sigh.gif

InactiveI’ve worked with party poker since 2002 and the only problems i’ve had have been small. Whenever there has been a stats problem, it’s usually been corrected in my favor. They always pay promptly and if they mess up a payment, they correct it, usually immediately.
This last summer, their statement was missing about $5k of casino for 2 different monthss commissions, yet the money was showing on the summary stats. It took them over 2 months to sort this out but the result was that they found they had messed up 5 months, and instead of the 2 months ($10k) i was owed, they owed me over $25k. Dishonest programs don’t find you extra money, from reporting errors.
I can say that it’s often frustrating getting an clear/quick answer or getting a more detailed report, but they’ve always been great to me, even when my new player signups were down from their once great heights.
I’ve also found them easier to convert than other poker rooms.

Inactiveparty poker is the best for me!

InactiveParty Poker converts the best because everyone knows the name, you don’t have to push them too hard on your site, just provide a link. But I have been royally screwed by them, and I am not the only one. I have good friends that both have had money deleted from their account, and one they refused to pay at all. They’re customer support for affiliates seems to be worse than most affiliate programs. It is true that Party Poker was great for me for well over a year, then they screwed me. Listen to who you want when choosing to promote them, but I need to be sure the negative is represented, and to be honest, I never understood how they have kept their status on CAP through all the bad things they have done.
