bb1 can you describe exactly what happened?

    Where did this ‘sidenote’ appear?
Was it part of the Microgaming software? I.e. All Slots was asking you? Or was the message coming from Neteller?
You said it happened ‘before you got a chance to deposit’, so where in the software were you?
Do you have a screenshot? If not can you get back to hwere it asked you and take one?

Sorry for all the questions, but I agree this is ridiculous so it would be great ot understand exactly what is happening.

I deposited into Wild Jack last night and didn’t see this myself, so it could be just on All Slots (a trial perhaps?)

I went to test this to see what happens at allslots and I didn’t get that pop up how strange. I also wonder if you do get it can you just enter all zero’s, I do that almost all the time anyway.

Hi and thanks for your replies.

it happened within allslots after I’d chosen the neteller option to deposit.

before it would allow me to enter my security id (the six number one) and choose my amount I wanted to deposit.

frankly I’m at a loss as to why it would be requesting such info since I’d imagine most people absolutely do not want either NETeller nor a casino calling their place of employment for anything since it could get them fired.

I didn’t think to enter all zeros since I work at home, but most people don’t work at home thus the reason I’m thinking this would be such a big deal.

if I did work somewhere else, I’d simply have chosen not to play there rather than risk someone calling me at work for whatever reason, related to gambling you know that’s not going to go over well.
    thanks again for your replies.

I can’t remember which one, but I had a popup not too long ago at a microgaming wanting my gender and my fax number.

I filled in the gender but not the number. I went back a day later and it still wanted my fax, but was able to ignore again.

How bizarre. How many people even have a fax number?

This is going to annoy a lot of users if they persist in prompting for irrelevant information.

This has not happened to me at all. Do you use instapay or regular NT? With regular NT I have never seen this.:plain:

I think this is isolated to ALL slots as this happened to me earlier today too. I really do want to know what the reason is behind this. I know if you use echeck over a certain amount they ask for your number but for a regular neteller transaction this makes no sense. Who is this info going too? I work at home as well but I still don’t like the tone of this :1Dialog:

I decided to play at alljackpots.. (same group) and had the same message..

It’s in the banking department after choosing your way to deposit.. Work phone.. lol I’m availible at my mobile.. day/night/work/free anytime..

But I agree that it’s a strange question..

I do remember what Dom said I was asked before to choose my gender and phonenumber.. If I’m correct it was at roxy..

I think it is coming from the casinos. My guess is some braniac decided to fill in holes in the database.

Sometimes it asks your gender, and by far the WORST is they sometimes ask for the last 4 digits of your SSN.

It leaves you under the impression that they may tell your boss if you don´t behave yourself at their casino :nono:
