The problems I have been having is mainly stats updates. They were fixed earlier this month but have not updated since the 15th. I didn’t want to create a new thread over this, but maybe Natalie may respong to our queries.

I’ve noticed the problem myself. Everything started happening after RTG upgraded us to the last version, and gave us the newest Real Series Video Slots. For some reason, all of the affiliate reports would show properly the Net Profit, but the formula would not calculate the Earnings. It was not anything serious, you just had to take the net profit and calculate your 30%, 40% or 50% of it. So, it did not affect your tracking or stats. At this moment they have finally fixed it, and I am hoping with the next upgrade it does not get damaged again.
Let me know, if you are still getting errors, so that I can submit a ticket to RTG.
