Inactivehello,
until now, i said nothing, did my best in seo work, but now it is enough.
from now on, i will send a mail, everytime i see a scraper.
last minutes i looked in google for my domainname.
i saw hundreds of scraper, who are using my domainname, my text – and how silly can one be – my aff-id in a popup.i wrote it to tanya.
and i will write, in the worst case, everyday new mails.
and i hope, that these scrapers will be banned from cpays.
i cannot do a good work with a partner who don’t stop these methods of other affiliates.
please, i am sorry because my english is not good, but i hope, one can understand what i try to say.
regards, maryann

InactiveStill too embarrassed to deal with the spam thread?

Inactivehi ora,
thank you for your answer.
yes i know, tanya wrote to me, that she is going to help me.
by the way, she does a good work, really, and i am lucky that i can do good work together with her.i have written my problem here, because i know, that this is not only my problem.
and i wish, for the future, that we together, you and the affiliates, fight against bad methods and spam, also against affiliates who are responsible that domains are dying because they are scraper and blackhatter.
yesterday i saw also a chinese url in google with my text. when i visited this url i saw MY site. the banners where redirected to another id.
in that way, lots of domains are no more found in the search engines.
and that is bad. not only for me, but also for you.
regards,
maryann

InactiveOra,
What Maryann describes is the WORST of all possible spamdexing, actually killing honest affiliate sites.
If you allow that to happen, I am going to get seriously pissed.
I am just speaking for myself here, but that is where the buck stops!

InactiveI am getting the impression that CPays feels posting in the dumps of their forum is like running down the street naked! That´s why we don´t see them in the relevant threads anymore because they were indeed caught with their pants down. :plain:

Inactivewell, the only way for me is,
first to change the metagtags, the description, the content.
the double content in the search engines is killing positions.the second is, i will put a warning on my site where i tell my visitors to look always in their browser that they are surfing on the right site.
that’s for all, who are landing on stolen sites. i put a big link to MY site in the warning.
the situation is horrible, i lost positions and have only 25% of visitors than before my sites were stolen.the third is, i inform google about all sites i see who are scraping. i hope, that they will soon find a solution for this problem.
these three points are what i can do.
the aff-partner has to do the rest, to bann the scraper an spammer.
