One MILLION dollar bail… isn’t the bail supposed to fit the crime, and be fitting to the defendants likelyness to reoffend, danger to the community and stuff like that.. that looks like a slading scale bale to me!

Stupid ass legal system. Let’s lock up a guy who made money by being smart and competitive. Make sure he has leg irons and cuffs, because he made lots of money on the internet.
Isn’t this type of treatment reserved for violent criminals? Of course not, because our government refuses to distinguish further than Felonly, Gross Misdemeanor and Misdemeanor. It makes me sick that my tax dollars pay for this shit.

I may go down to Clayton and toss him a high 5! These bible thumpers need less power, they really do need to go chase the real theives and real sinners……..
The next event is tomorrow (Monday 21st) with the initial evidentiary hearing which is going to be interesting.
