    Well, there was a big spamminmg issue with fortune before and I wrote to Andrew and I have not seen a one spam email from them since.

    Your name was most likely removed manually from that particular spam list. I hear of people getting spammed by fortune or as they would have you think the media company all the time.

    eCOGRA didnt care about the 888 issue until they started feeling the heat; why in the world would they care about a playtech issue?

    Why not report them to a prosecutor. After all SPAM is illegal in the US and spamming to acquire US players is even worse.
