I think it would be safe to say almost every affiliate is different in what programs work best for them, it all depends what kind of visitor your site draws.
For me it would be VIP and Intercasino – both Partnerlogic.

In my opinion,it is not always good to promote casinos those everybody promotes.
If x casino promoted by everyone and if this casino have 1 million players,you wont be able to sign him/her to this casinoas he already did.
So find good casinos that are reputable,pay to players and affiliates,but not promoted by many affiliates.Your chance will be higher.
