InactiveOk, please nobody go there.
I had to go through all kinds of contortions to get my computer to work properly again.
This thing pops so often, you hardly have time to type a half sentence.
It embeds itself in outlook express it seems, or maybe I moved it there when I was fiddling with it trying to get rid of it.
How anyone gets depositing players like this is beyond me.

InactiveHello Dominique,
I’ve tried the link both on IE and on FF and got no popups or pop-unders at all.
If I’m missing something, Please elaborate,
Sincerely,
Ori

InactiveSame here – I tried the link in both IE and Firefox. No popups or anything. Looks clean to me. Sounds like you got some spyware or malware or something on your computer.

InactiveWell, that was the last one I tried before the popups started.
I was on this page
http://www.google.com/search?q=gamesandcasino&hl=en&lr=&start=20&sa=N
checking out to see whose 57,000 sites were using my URL these days.
I also clearly saw that address in the explorer window it started. I have seen this type of popup spawner before… but this particular one, if you rightclicked on the window and clicked on “close”, it started the whole damn thing all over again, spawning a new window like that and a blue zillion pops. While almost all of the pops were your casinos, there was one Golden palace and one 888 in there too.
Try it again in IE and hang around to give it a chance. Of course if you are running popup blockers of any type it will not work.

InactiveDominique –
I tried it again in IE and left it open for awhile. Still nothing. I am not using IE’s popup blocker or any other kind.

GuestHi all,
Dom could it be that the keywords on that page triggered the popups which were already on your PC via some kind of … sneaky shit.
also, it really doesn’t matter whether anybody else is getting the popups when visiting that page, something obviously triggered them and hopefully you took time to get an affiliate code before shutting things down.
CP needs to have a serious talk with this aff because they are obviously supporting some kind of low-rent advertising venue which likely relies on this sort of thing for the majority (if not entirety) of the traffic that they sell.
… if you didn’t find an aff code then CP is likely buying traffic from the culprit.
Unless that is … someone is out to make money for the casinos that were advertised but didn’t want any for themselves. … Now that IS some sneaky shit.

InactiveI was fighting this too hard to even pause and check any codes.
My computer is clean as a whistle. I run no popup blockers on purpose, I want to be able to see immediately if there is something going on instead of dragging stuff around and sllowing down my system.
I run various spyware programs and virus scanners, one in the morning, one in the evening, so each type runs once every other day ( I have 4 and they bring in different results often).
I ran everything under the sun yesterday and I am clean.
I wish I knew more about stupid advertising methids. This was a simple popup spawner, when you first get jumped thereis a tiny window on the right bottom side of your screen. Usually I see that and reboot before it gets a foothold. have seen them a lot a few years back in placs where you can find song lyrics.
Anyway, next they are just a window. I usually have some 20 windows open I use more or less simultaneously, and when I click on the bunched up lot of windows in my toolbar I can see all the titles.
This one was titled xhttp://www.richardstillmanfoundation.org/ I kept trying to rightclick it and close it, and each time I did, it immediately started up again as tiny window in the corner and spawned popup hell.
Then, since “close” didn’t work I hit “move” and then it read “xhttp://www.richardstillmanfoundation.org/ Outlook Express”.
It could be that I was not on the exact page of that site I gave, because I have taken to navigating some of these things to see what blackhat stuff may be in there. This site was using my URL as part of t’s google description.
I am quite sure if you navigated around you would come across what I came across.
I am still mad today about it, it was pure hell. If I see Monaco Gold and Dice again today under any circumstances I will have a screaming fit.

InactivePossible malware hijack your spyware program should pick up on it if config properly. Check your task manager to see what programs are running when your logged in.
I ran into one not too long ago. greek39

I am lily white clean and all that was is a particularly nasty popup spawner.
They used to be widely used but now are pretty much out of fashion due to the proliferation of popup blockers.
BingoT, am scared to go there. After yesterday’s mess I am not ready to have another annoying experience like that. I am not even going back to the ad spawning site to find the correct page to prove my complaint.

InactiveI hear ya
The Anti Norius comes up and repairs it but after that it just locks up and I have to reboot and everything is fine after that. It’s weird I never seen this beforeJuly 9, 2006 at 3:39 pm #697955Anonymous
InactiveI took a visit I found no problems. I always turn off my active scripting when surfing. It really does help, but then again perhaps it is better to know what going on.
For this site xhttp://www.richardstillmanfoundation.org is setup for annoying popups.
script language=”JavaScript” type=”text/javascript”>
var is_smallpopup=””, visiblepopup;
function addSubscriberpopup()This will spawn many popups, basically adware. greek39

Thank you, greek.
It is what I call “popup hell”.
