InactiveI’m not from the USA but I think there are many other questions you must answer first.
what I think is although online gambling is under fire in the USA, sooner or longer it must be fully legalized. There is no other route to go. There is no sense in allowing gambling and prohibiting online gambling. And it is almost impossible to control that.

InactiveHey sac,
I am not from the USA but i know they are after adult sites as well.. something that involves a 2257 regulation.
simply search 2257 on Google and you’ll see it.Keep in mind that even if the USA was not restricting nor trying to ristrict adult or gambling sites.. relying on SE’s and their algos and banning is quite risky by it self.

InactiveI was wondering quite generally if there are profitable (i.e. honest) programs in the adult industry as their revenue share can be rediculously high – up to 80% :wow:

Inactive2257 just pertains to record keeping compliance. If you do adult just make sure the site abites by the compliance. It just makes sure that people in the videos are at least 18

I’ve had adult sites in the past.. you need to get enormous amounts of traffic and then only a small percentage will actually convert.
imagine how many sales you will have to get to make a reasonable income.

InactiveTo answer your question directly, currently the DOJ views online gambling as an illegal activity. Adult sites are completely legal under the US constitution (free speech). So, from a legal standpoint, there is little to no risk in the adult industry.
