Casinos unable to use Neteller

I just deposited to Party using Neteller, no problems.

I had a problem with Neteller earlier this eve. I went to withdraw using the card, and was told I had insufficient funds, I tried a few times, decreasing the amount by 100 each time, it finally let me have 100.

I’ve no idea where it came up with that number, the card had about 5 bux on it before i made the transfer, and the number i transfered was up there a bit over a hundred, and not even a round number

It isn’t the first time it has happened either, on another occasion, I transfered money, went to an ATM, and was given an insufficient funds msg, I called Neteller, explained the problem, asked if it was possible that I had forgotten to confirm (I have before) and was told that no i hadn’t and he could see the transfer, and where I tried to withdraw, but that their system was down and he didn’t know when it would be back up again.

When I got home, my Neteller account said the transfer had been declined, that kinda freaked me out, so I cleaned out the account, transfering much more than I had b4 to the card, and the rest to the bank.. then withdrew immidiately with no trouble at all, upon calling Neteller they had no idea why the earlier transfer was declined.
