InactiveWorse yet…. you could go a few months with no NEW depositing players and have your account deactivated. Thus you leave your link up which still would direct the players to the casino, but not be getting credit for them.

InactiveThanks webber286 I had no idea. Something has to be changed in their T&C’s. I do support them but will not under these terms. greek39

InactiveI’ve been supporting Sunny Group forever. I have a whale that has been making me around a thousand a month for almost two years. I have not sent them any new players for over a year, but I still get paid every month. If you are promoting them, but take a loss in the search engines, they understand. As long as you are promoting them.

InactiveThat is great! They should take those T&C and get rid of them though. It is bad wording and leaves doubt. Their intentions are probably good, but that wording leaves a bit to be desired. I know that I would feel more comfortable if they were changed.

InactiveI don’t think anyone should have to *continue* promoting a program in order to get paid. If I signed up for “lifetime” revenue sharing, and if I choose to spend significantly less time promoting online casinos for whatever reason, I fully expect to continue earning residual income from my past efforts.
Without my referrals, the casino wouldn’t necessarily have acquired those players. I am owed a percentage of ALL revenue generated by that player — for as long as the player continues to make deposits, and for as long as I am alive. Period. As long as the player continues to make deposits, the casino makes money. It doesn’t make any sense for the casino to claim that they “need” new referrals from you to remain profitable, to continue to be able to pay you. A depositing player is a depositing player; it all seems fairly black and white to me.
Sunny Diamonds’ T&Cs are clearly “anti-affiliate” and predatory. Nobody should have to bring in “new” players just to continue getting paid. That is blackmail. And if the program claims that the clause is never really used — then why not delete the clause so that it absolutely can’t be used?

Amen!
Very well said, I agree completely! Besides, when I’m 90 in my rocker on the patio .. at the local home for old people.. with curlers in mah hair, and a cigar in my mouth.. I still want to receive all my affiliate checks ontime!

InactiveThats just great I just got my first depositing player there this month and I won’t probably be getting paid because of that retarded clause, I’ll wait untill I get three new players then I will just drop them. No point in playing around with programs like that when there are a hundred other legit programs out there.

InactiveYou’re right about the wording, but i’ve always been paid, new players or not.
It wouldn’t hurt to let them know your concerns, tho.

InactiveGood to hear that they don’t seem to be following those terms. Guess I’ll find out next month if we get a commission. As everyone elses has said, they need to change the wording.

InactiveObviously they have some intent to use it some day or it wouldn’t be there. That’s too bad they have terms like that because many affiliates read the terms first and probably never sign up because of them. I know I am one of them.
