InactiveHi Greek39/All,
We certainly do not condone it and have taken action on a case by case basis. I have requested the company add our policy to the terms and conditions. Will keep you posted on that.
I say, case by case, because some affiliates do try to sabotage or create problems (like claim somebody copied their site, when really they were the copiers) for others which aren’t true.
Whenever we get a legitimate case of an affiliate stealing/copying/scraping content then we give the offending affiliate a warning and if they do not comply … shut them down.
Obviously, serious affiliates do not need to copy content … they understand the long term value of investing in their own content.
Hope that answers your question.

InactiveYes that does answer the question. I feel more comfortable now in providing a list as it becomes avialable.
Thanks

InactiveThis is not one of the programs that still have a ton of scraper materials out there.
Some programs still have hundreds and hundreds of these saturating the engines, but I haven’t seen Rewards as one of the offenders.

InactiveI must agree Dominique, I have not seen much scraper material. But I have ran accross a few mainly for Captain Cooks, perhaps something not worth persuing.
My aim was to find out CR’s policies in regards to this matter. Their stance sounds positive to me. greek39

InactiveI am more likely to promote a program that takes a definitive stance against scraping, spamming, and other unethical blackhat techniques.
Thumbs up to Casino Rewards!

InactiveI have emailed Ryan on 14 of may about itgambling.com scraped my site, provided the offending affiliate id and asked to close he’s account.
I received a response from Renee on 16. may that you are looking into this and will get back to me shortly. I still waiting for the follow up. I’m not complaining since some other affiliate managers didn’t even responded.June 19, 2006 at 1:57 pm #695986Anonymous
InactiveLed sorry your post was overlooked. Perhaps give it a few more days for casino rewards to respond. I would also request action to be takin with other programs as well. greek39
