Thanks for the reply!
Does anyone know if that is correct about the .Com thing? If so that would be a relief, and saves moving lol

InactiveYou won’t go to jail for it, the new laws which are coming in 2007 just mean you have got to be carefull with the wording of reviews and such and displaying bonuses. There’s a thread on here somewhere about it, ive changed most of my reviews now and seen no drops in conversions. I’m in the UK and have recently setup a private ltd and my accountant and taxman knows what i do and there’s no problems with it.
Edit: Here you go, i found that thread: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/new-uk-advertising-guidelines.10843.html?&highlight=legislation

InactiveHi,
Yes, we have been trading as a limited company for about 4 months, but the way we read it was that pretty much anything other than saying the name of a casino on-line would break it. We are not worrying about it yet, as it doesn’t go into effect till September 2007 though. I suppose it is a case of wait and see, as it seems a real grey area!

InactiveAbout the list of sites I just gave, my advice is that your first post shouldn’t be about your sale. Contribute a little before that, and you’ll see that you’ll have better replies

I wish you the best of luck!
