That question is a hard call.
IMO it really depends on the type of site you have. Testing the waters imo is the best way to gauge whats best for your traffic.
It’s like what’s the best aff program? I could make a killing on xyz but others may think it’s like flogging a dead horse.
The one thing I’ve learnt from this industry is to keep trying anything and everything
until such time as it just clicks into place. Sorry I couldn’t be of any more assistance 
Seems to be more a matter of the specific casino’s accounting practices than the bonuses itself as far as converting into earned $$.

Well, by that I mean the way they calculate how much you have earned.
