InactiveI’m not prepared to call them ratbags or rascals yet …
:satisfiedI agree that they have not been totally clear and up front with you … or that there has been a breakdown in communications.
Reading the email above it’s clear when they said that they were moving you to revshare – they also “meant” that they would consider that $1150 as an advance payment against the future revshare earnings.
Was that explicitly stated?

InactiveI don’t understand about the invoice. I’ve been paid by them consistently without having to fill out an invoice.

They never told me that CPA money will be consider as an advance payment against the future revshare earnings. And you can’t find this from their T&C.
From the first email,i can get two conclusions.
1,they planed to pay me at that time, but now they “change their mind”
2,they did’t want to pay me at the time but they deceive meApril 5, 2006 at 12:37 pm #687939Anonymous

InactiveIt’s either Playtech or Israel with the invoices – not sure which of the two requires it.
Some of the older affs are “grandfathered” but most people have to fill ut these invoices with all Israel based Playtechs.

The fact that I didn’t post anything yet does not mean that I’m not taking care of it – I’m trying to clear things out with your account manager, and I assure you that I will do my best for you to be happy with the results.
Please be patient, I will keep you posted.

InactiveI think, it’s only one invoice that needs to be filled out. It’s the first invoice. After that, cpays will always honor payments. :capmiami:April 6, 2006 at 1:53 pm #688070Anonymous

InactiveI’ve won awards for bitching, blaming, and complaining… but never about CPays. They always come across for me and most often they’re first.
