InactiveLooks like this particular Golden Palace affiliate is cloaking big style, using the content of casino-forum.org on domains such as http://www.concordcollege.mb.ca/casino/american_casino_michael_tata.html which when clicked on, automatically redirect to Golden Palace.
Now I know Golden Palace don’t really care about our Industry, seeing as they encourage stunts to disrupt events such as the summer and winter olympics not to mention the small fact of buying the naming rights for babies etc – But this activity is outright theft.
I would like Casino Blasters to do the right thing and suspend the affiliate account of this particular webmaster member=powerhost – I’m not holding my breath though.

InactiveHere is another backlink for casino-forum.org:
http://www.dacfo.ca/casino/las_vegas_aladdin_casino_hotel_nevada.html
Again redirects to Golden Palace –
The more I look at this Chatmaster, the more I feel I am looking at a proper case of google bowling. Looks like your site has been well and truly targetted. Be interesting to hear what other webmasters have to say on this issue.
Also Casino Blasters, I am hoping you are going to do the right thing with regards your rogue affiliate

InactiveHow much inaction (and therefore indirect support) of black hat activity does it take for an program like Casino Blasters to be “de-certified” ?
:devil:Mind you … they’ve got a long way to go to catch up the market leader in blackhat techniques … the ethic-less 888.com
:banger:And google don’t care – they’ll probably be ordered to de-certify all gambling sites soon – and they’ve already shown their hand in China – they’ll do exactly as they’re told. …
(Ever get the feeling that big business’s persuit of maximum profits is the root of much of the internet affiliate problems)

InactiveFrom a technical perspective there is nothing you can do about the situation. View your site in an Iframe or normal frame cannot really be prevented. Putting your sites backlinks on their pages cannot be prevented. From a technical perspective their is very little you can do!
Not necessarily related to GP but check this out! http://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&q=allinurl%3Acasino-forum.org&btnG=Search
http://www.smarterscripts.com/cgi-bin/smartframe/v2/smartframe.cgi?http://www.casino-forum.org/
All of them ways to get me penalized.

InactiveJust like to add, as far as the trashy backlinks are concerned. The only thing that makes sense to me is to increase your themed backlinks to neutralise the dilution of quality backlinks by crappy ones. But I guess casino-forum will become a test of this theory for me.

InactiveHi Webzcas we will definitely ban any affiliate that abuses our system. With regards to “I would like Casino Blasters to do the right thing and suspend the affiliate account of this particular webmaster member=powerhost – I’m not holding my breath though.” where exactly did you find the user name powerhost? We cant seem to find it in any of the links mentioned below.
Please clarify
Thanks

InactiveFrom this link:
Which you are redirected to when going to here
http://www.concordcollege.mb.ca/casino/american_casino_michael_tata.html which has scraped and stolen the content of Chatmaster’s sitemember=powerhost

InactiveInteresting. The redirect has now been removed. That was quick. Thanks!
April 4, 2006 at 2:41 pm #687843Anonymous
InactiveNow redirecting to Very Fast Search.
Hmmm this is interesting. Either the blackhat thief who has targetted casino-forum.org monitors this forum and by Chatmaster posting this information and my subsequent posts, got spooked. Or………………………

InactiveHi –
I’ve read so much about how content is being stolen and cloaked – can someone please explain to me what exactly it is that these people are doing?
How are they getting credits for signups by using your site? Are they somehow re-directing the traffic that go to your sites to go to their sites? If so, how are they doing this?
It would help me to know so I know what to watch for.
Thanks!
