InactivePeople usually start talking about the Vegas event after the Amsterdam event. Select show all threads for all dates and you will see the discussion that took place in 2005 for Las Vegas.
The website lists the dates at Sept 14-15, 2006 at the Stardust. Half of the exhibit spaces are already sold out for that event. It will be big. We expect 700-1000 people attending.

InactiveThat will be the last one at the Stardust I gather.
Bet I won’t find another peaceful balcony like that in all of Vegas. They now sqeeze you in and lock you up in the smallest possible spaces. Some of those Hotel rooms are like jail cells anymore. Small spaces, locked windows…
Maybe I’m just old fashioned but for me all the glitter of the lobby can’t make up for a decent living space.
Meanwhle I am looking forward to one more year with night caps on my balcony. :highflyer

InactiveIt’s usually assumed that when in Vegas the only time you will be in a room is when you need (or want
) to sleep and need to take an ocassional shower. If you want to spend quality time in a room, you probably should select a different destination.March 13, 2006 at 10:20 pm #686154Anonymous
InactiveHehe allthough I do see Dom’s side of this, I must say I’m with Axl, its Vegas baby, gimmie a tub, i can sleep and shower there

Well, regardless of location I like to step out or open a window and get a breath of fresh air in the morning and in the evening.
I have never stayed at the Venetian but like the shopping and has some nice restaurants.

The Venetian is next year, this year is still Stardust.
If you want inexpensive for this year, a stonesthrow from Stardust and decent, ask Donna, she found a good place last year and will go again this year.
