Glad that CAP take action in this matter.
We have a very old share revenue deal with Empire Poker, which have been willing to give us a good deal way back.
We have never offered rakeback or similar on the PartyPoker network, so we can’t accept that they do not want to pay us from next month…
We are glad to have a CPA deal on Party since they don’t seem trustworthy on the share rev. deals…
I love that they promise you life long payments, just to have them rip that contract out of your hands. I think I can speak for many of us, we sent them thousands of player with the understnading that we would be able to collect income from them.
If I would of know about this, I would of chose the CPA, not the RS.
