Hi!
There are lots of people qualified here in Brisbane… You just have to know where to find them and, most importantly, pay them enough.
So what’s the pay?
Actually I was talking with an aff manager yesterday.. irritated with the lack of proffesionalism I encountered and began wondering what it took to apply for that type of position (or possibly start ones own company) The first thing I did was come to CAP and see if I could find out.. I found a general description of the AFF managers job, but that was it.
I’m not in your corner of the world, but I would LOVE to see a CAP thread for this!

Yep I agree, they’re here – we’ve just got to find them
The pay is negotiable, naturally we’ll pay according to talent & ability. We’re a public company and realise the importance of good staff, so it wont be peanuts.
If you know of anyone who’d be interested tell them to get in contact.
