InactiveIt’s not just you. My numbers haven’t been updated either. I find it hard to believe all my players just stopped playing 5 days ago!

vladcizsolMemberIts certainly a slow and smelly month for me too with them. Which is odd because everyone else is off to a great start.

InactiveI made $5.00 last month not bad, it will come in handy. The month before $5.00 this month maybe $5.00 I hope so. Regardless, I think they have some seroious issues to work on. greek39

InactiveHi Everyone,
On February 7th Microgaming systems advised us that there is an error with some of their data, we therefore switched off the stats engine as to avoid reporting the incorrect data while the issue is being addressed.
The Microgaming systems issue started on January 16th and will therefore have an effect on January’s stats which in turn affects the payments. The payment run for January was stopped as the data which payments are calculated on is incorrect; currently it looks as though earnings and, therefore payments, for January on the whole may actually increase for the affected affiliates.
As soon as MGS has sorted out the data issues the payment run will commence and the stats engine will be switched on – please keep an eye on your inbox for notification of this.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused and we’ll notify you shortly.
Kind Regards,
Your Fortune Affiliates Team

InactiveKind of sounds to me like the “affiliates” were making too much money so the switch was turned off so they could tweak numbers! This is totally unreal for as much money Micro makes you would think they would have top of the line equipment!

InactiveProfessor this was told to me by Referspot last week when I asked what the heck was going on with our stats, and last month they did not update for the last 7days of the month, we were paid with what they left off with, I know players played those last 7 days and we had to have made more money!
I wonder if FA and Referspot are effected by this what other programs are as well and when do those others plan to tell us?

InactiveI agree with you Prof, the professional thing to do is just let us know there is a problem and that it is being addressed. Most aff’s will appreciate the heads up and will be more patient, letting it drag just puts a taint on your program.

InactiveYes. I also wish they would have informed us because I wouldn’t have gone crazy promoting FA sites this month. Seems like a waste of time now.
So my only question is….. If I referred players during this time and they deposited and played etc and I made commissions, will these commission turn up when they flick the “switch” back on or what?? Or am I basically screwed out of any commission I may have made? I have had a lot of clicks this month and would find it hard to believe that I didn’t generate any players.
Thanks

InactiveWhy are you the only MGS Casino Group that has experienced this problem??
In my experience having been an IT Manager for 5 Years for a high profile Microgaming Casino – When they do an upload, they do it to all their clients!!!!
Also the fact that this had to be brought to your attention, instead of you as in Fortune Affiliates informing us is very wrong and is something you need to address. Communication is key to our relationship!
