If its a CAP program – they have forums here so you can talk to them and get things resolved.
First thing you want to do is post in their forum here and ask them what happened.
I considered that, but I wasn’t ready to identify them just yet.. I am still hoping they just got busy i suppose..
Actually I was mistaken their too, they arent CAP certified, just CAP members.
I moved this topic to the New Program thread where I think it likely belongs
