InactiveI agree, what’s up with that?
Looks very unprofessional.

InactiveTotally agree.
I used to collate this information, and it was so often out of date. In fact only 32Red (surprise surprise) seemed to keep it up-to-date on a monthly basis. I would imagine many players visit the payout reports page at any casino so it’s definately something that should be current.
Some casinos even have links to it in the casino (top left toolbar) so it doesn’t look good if it’s out of date.
Go get ’em bbs

InactiveHi Simmo and everyone!
Thanks for your kind words. If I could add that at 32Red we endeavour to get our reports live on our sites within 24 hours of receiving them from our Independent Auditors.
I’m pleased to say that December’s payout rates have now been added too to our Independent Auditor Reports section. To view it, please feel free to go to http://www.32red.com/banking/pwc.php.
I am hoping to meet a few of you CAP members at the do in Covent Garden on Monday. If any of you fancy meeting up for a beer or three, drop me a line!
Cheers,

Guestwell kudos to 32.
What’s up with the rest of you?
these things blow my mind because aside from this one point; and perhaps updating whenever bonuses are changed, I can’t think of anything else that needs be done on a regular basis with the websites yet the casinos are often 2 or more months behind.
I actually thought that the PWC reports had stopped and that was the reason nobody was posting them on time anymore.

InactiveLatest reports:
Vegas Affiliates Casinos = August 2005
CPS and Adriches casinos = October 2005
Piggs Peak Casino = October 2005
Referspot Casinos = November 2005
Captain Cooks & Casino Kingdom = November 2005
Updating these reports is a very minor task, which takes just a few minutes each month. If you can’t handle that, then you really should remove the payout reports completely.
When you change your bonuses, should we wait 3 – 6 months or more to update our sites?
Do the players really want to know what your casinos did last August and not more recently?

InactiveHi Guys,
Just a quick follow up here to let you know that the payout reports have now been updated for the CPS group.
I do understand the seriousness with getting these updated quickly and have again stressed this to the casinos.
I will do my best to ensure the next set of reports are updated in a more timely manner.
If you do require the payout percentages and they are not listed, please let me know and I’ll request the percentages and post them in a thread for you guys.
Personal apologies again and I will do all I can to get them done quicker next time.
Cheers.

Casino Profit Share.Trish, I think you need to fire those guys. Ask them if there is a reason why they uploaded the November reports and not December.
Thanks

InactiveFebruary is almost over, and not a single Microgaming casino has uploaded January’s report yet. I know you guys receive these reports about the middle of the month. Is it too much to ask you to upload them when you receive them?

InactiveGreat thread BBS.
I will not go into one here. Just a little list. Surfice to say that these multi million dollar casinos make more than enough by utilising to the nines ::
1) General terms I struggle with.
2) Bonus terms I struggle with.
3) Customer service like whoopee.
4) General misinformation.
5) Bad usability on websites.
6) Repeated pop up messages.
7) Spyware.
Spam.
9) Third hand payout verification systems that most casinos can’t be assed to keep up to date. Not that they mean much anyhow. That is just the player.. The treatment of affiliate partners since I started taking an interest in non player specific issues is a shocker.
