    Seriously though … for Sportsbooks we generally :
    – 100 clicks to every signup
    – 1 out of every 2 signups will actually go through to deposit.

    However, I will point out that we actively promote our sportsbooks, so a lot of those clicks are existing customers using our sitre to make an additional bet.

    How about Casinos and Poker ?
    I don’t know. Still a novice at this side.

    So we’re both waiting for the fine Ladies and Gentlemen of CAP to share …

    I am at the poker side of the story.
    I can tell that my numbers varies from room to room.

    For example with Poker.com I have a lot of clickthrough, some downloads, few signups and no depositors.

    With Absolute Poker I got few clickthroughs, but every 2nd register, and who registered _always_ deposited money too and plays every months, from the date of registering continuosly. So Absolute converts for me like crazy and its player retention is outstanding for my players. (That’s why I would really love if they can pay for tournament fees too. :)

    Sometimes I get the same thing (with bingo) — ussually on sites that I really expect to perform very well. I wonder if it is because we are sending players that already have accounts?

    I think there are other sites that have fine tuned their target marketing that achieve much greater performance than I do.

    I get varying types of traffic — a small part of it couldn’t convert if it wanted to (certain international traffic) but I find that with sites that offer a pre-deposit bonus a registration rate of 15% or more is good – without the pre-deposit bonus; 2-5% is performing pretty well.

    Of the registrations I’m very happy if 1/50 deposit or 1/10 for sites without a pre-deposit bonus. My best performers are along these lines, but there are others that just don’t seem to convert for some reason.

    This is based on the past few months of aggressive marketing. I think as time goes by it will be harder to discern the conversion rates on some sites because of repeat depositors.
