ok i guess RSS is a lot more complicated than I thought it would be. Im just trying to put up “live poker tournament feeds” Can anyone help me out?
Search on G for “Magpie RSS” and install that WP. Its PHP, easy to set up and then you can use it to display feeds from anywhere.

Another good one is Carp: geckotribe.com/rss/carp/
There are asp and php scripts that automate the process, so as long as the xml is updated, the feed displayed should be updated automatically too.
If you can’t read / write code to that level then a developer could do it for you. but most of it is cut and paste and then adapting it to your needs (such as displaying last 5 articles etc).
I used this one called http://lastrss.webdot.cz/, it was very simple and easy to use, can recommend it warmly.
