The best part about Rewards Affiliates is that unlike a lot of other groups, we tag the player to the last referrer which means each affiliate has an equal opportunity to send any/the same player to any of our properties, even if another affiliate has already referred the player to a different property.

You are right, BJB is good for rewards.
For referback, I think JackpotCity is the best bet. They do have a very sleek site and do loads of TV adverts all over EU. All this effort should reflect in the conversions.
