The same thing happened to me a couple of months ago, but then it turned back around. In my case it was chargebacks, and now I’m making more with them than I was before.
I have a happy whale at one of the casinos, for months and months, probably over a year now. Other than that I am not doing much there, and my party poker just dropped by 80% for the last two months.
I’s not true that they don’t have rake back – they have this feature where you can go in and comp any player whose ID you have. I bet they still do special deals with special affs where they let them comp and then own players that are not depositing much. As in moving them to new accounts.
Also, there is a thread about a site that rewards pp players with freerolls based on how many raked hands – and how do they know that?
PP has some pet affs that can do anything at everyone else’s expense. That’s my take.
They also are not allowed to answer in the forum without clearance by the legal department.
They have turned into an internal nightmare of red tape and weird collusions since they went public.
Weird, we were in the negative for a week or so :unhappy: I emailed Hemant about it and he wrote me back saying we had 2 chargebacks. So we made almost $2k less than normal, it was the worst month there in a year or two.
my revenue is in the toilet and on top of that I have had lots of negative days, had over $1,000 negative hit which is unheard of in rake. Not happy at all.

I could care less about their internal politics, what matters is revenue and currently this month I am at a negative balance of -$302 this is supposed to be impossible with a raked program.
The fact that Bevess has a muzzle on should not cause my income to be upside down.

I don’t promote Party, but this looks like they are moving into Cassava’s Camp – ie. Beginning to not give two hoots regards their affiliates and their affiliate program. A case of being too big to care.

When in Vegas we asked Hemant if he could post in our forum, we have a dozen reps from different poker rooms there that post, and he said he can’t because legally PP won’t allow him to, that we can copy and paste emails that he sends to us answering questions the members may have, but he just can’t post. :hmmm:
