InactiveI haven’t heard many GP player complaints for awhile really. Yesterday a Grand Prive player posted in our general chat area “Grand Prive Rocks”
I do think they should honor a promotion that was received by email and a purchase already made before finding out it was cancelled.

If the Mail was sent in error and I am satisfied He/She met the criteria I will personally Credit the BonusMiles

InactiveIf in fact they were sent by GP in error they should be honored I would think?
Learn from your mistakes, dont punish those who are on the other end of them.

I’ll send you the player info via PM , but your support people should be doing this regardless (as AFC said – you shouldn’t mess with players that have deposited based on something you have offered – mistake or not). It’s just a good relations thing! (in the least you should offer otherwise to refund their deposit [only if they lost!] but neither way was offered!)
Not all your players have affiliates that they can go to in order to chase-up things like this.

I have Gone one better and credited The player $200.
Its in her account Now Please notify her.
I agree things like this Should Be handled correctly the first time Each Consultant has there Own way Of handeling Things But they have to go to Supervisors First to get It approved.
We will do our Best To Make sure We do Not mail Her again as she is Not eligible for These promotions and was sent a mail in error.
Please in future Come to Me or Give the Player My email address and I will deal with The problem Correctyl
