I doubt it would cause any problems, but if you’re really concerned about it, you should probably get your legal advice from a real lawyer. Even though most of the people posting on this forum are well-intentioned and bright, that’s no substritute for professional legal advice.
I may be wrong, but I think RTG is a US software company.
I would definitely check with a lawyer – it’s a simple question.
