Seems pretty simple and fair to me.

    (1) The players you were sending appeared to be just bonus whores, or players not playing much at all, hence the initial bump to $30.

    (2) To earn the CPA for a player, each player has to earn 100 poker points, which you earn by playing there. So if you sent 10 players, Players 1,2 and 3 have all made 100+ points, while the rest haven’t.

most CPA deals have similar requirements. 888 only required a $50 deposit for you to collect the CPA. I don’t believe that has changed.

This is the usual CPA mess.

I have said it many times before:

With some exceptions where the player value matches the CPA exactly, there is always one partner losing on CPA.

If it’s the poker room/casino/ bingo who is losing, they will quickly put a stop to it. In this case, the room was losing money at $100, and also had to set a value per player that needed to be reached, even for a $30 CPA.

If the affiliate is the one losing, they will never know for sure. But – the happier the room is to pay the CPA, the more the affiliate is likely losing.
