Unique Tracking Identifiers – Which Casinos?

I know that some do

For example:

Brightshare
Wagershare

Sorry to dig up this 3 year old thread, but I am looking for affiliate programs where we can use on-the-fly tracking identifiers.

This really helps us track the source of traffic that we send (search keyword, parked domain, etc…)
