PS: Dont forget to clean out your SENT box. That counts toward your total allowed space and is the one that always gets everyone.
I wish it didn’t automatically copy everything into sent. 90% of my IMs are not the type I need to have a record off, and I more often than not forget to uncheck that box because it looks just like posting here and I never uncheck the signature box in it’s place here.
I wish it was unchecked in the pms, and I could check it if I wanted a copy saved.

Nope…
They are copied into the sent box because they are SENT mail/pms. Nature of the beast.
Just remember when you get full mailbox messages to do spring cleaning in the sent box too.
change the default setting? I should think so… She has a good point BUT alof of people want everything they send into the “sent box” so they dont have to differenciate….Another option would be too increase the mailbox sizes a bit… They are awfully small in comparison to other forums I attend. This would give you more time to accomplish proper mailbox maintenance rather than having to do it all the time if your using PM alot.
Yeah, bigger mailboxes would be cool.
Also, I miss the “return receipt” feature.Ok I expanded mail boxes size
