I haven’t answered because it varies so much from property to property and software to software and program to program that I find different standards for all of these.
Last not least it depends on how you get your players – if you attract feeebie hunters, that is what you get.
So I am afraid I have no real comment.

I am certainly not targeting bonus hunters, that is just not who I am looking for. In fact, I do not even track bonuses on any of my sites. I list banners with bonuses, but that is as far as it goes.

Each of us getting a different conversion ratio. Most of us judge by downloads. For example 1 out of every 10 downloads converts to a purchasing player, is a decent ratio.
So 1 out of every 5 guest accounts purchase seems to be a decent number as well.
I have 38 downloads, 16 Guest Accounts, 3 Real Accounts.
I believe the stats 100% since the 3 tested were funded by me
I was more curious if Guest accounts typically convert at a later date or if that is very infrequent. I am also curious, of course, why I get so many guest accounts.
I am also curious why I get so many downloads (since the potential player would have to click the banner, then click the download button on the casino site). It seems that if they went through this trouble, they would download the software.
Of course clicks are much higher than both of these (140), which I expected.

Impossible to say IMHO. But i tend to expect 1 in 10-12 visitors to download, about 30% of them to go “real” and about half again to deposit.
i cant say thats true for me. I Got tons of downloads this month, not 1 real player. But maybe i am just using the wrong affiliates?
depends on where the traffic comes from and where it’s going to.
I’ve had traffic that at party poker only 4% of the free players deposited, a different tracker, for a site listed in the SE’s, have gotten over 40% of those free players to convert.
20% is good
