InactiveBelize is an offshore tax haven, which means zero tax. Since referback and fortune affiliates operate in south africa (which has a small tax), there exists the possibility that they both used the same attorney to set them up with corporations set up in belize.
I do agree both of them using the same info is suspicious.

InactiveHi all,
“ReferBack makes use of a business secretarial service based in Belize. This service provider offers its services to a number of companies which is why you may find several companies listing their postal address as :1934 Driftwood Bay Belize City Belize.”
Cheers,

InactiveThanks for responding, Wayne. I understand your response, although it still doesn’t address the Referback-Fortune issue. Or is this pure coincedence?

InactiveRefer-Back and fortune are under the same parent company, but are still very much competitors. This is more common than most would think and is getting to be more and more common as larger companies begin to buy up their competitors.
In this particular case, both companies have seperat marketing and affiliate companies and compete directly with each other. Which is step further than most corporations go, usually hireing the same marketing and advertising companies for multiple accounts and expecting the individual teams to compete. Here they are atleast using seperate companies to run those operations.
It’s a good deal.
By the way, I don’t work for either company, so i have nothing to gain by pointing this out.
