There are more microgaming casinos affected, not sure which all….
I’m wondering what the stat problem has to do with getting paid for last month?
I hope this is resolved soon.

I’m glad I don’t have to worry about any payment. I dropped them when they changed their T & C’s. The rest of you deserve everything they give you from here on out if you continue to promote them.

Well, since Fortune has returned to the original set of T&Cs I signed under, I have put them back on my site.
I will be happy to see the stats return without bundling.
I also find the new offer they talked about very interesting – but am still trying to work out the math on that.
– Participating Affiliates will be paid 0.6% of their players’ total wagering
– NO COSTS will be deducted e.g. comps or progressive contributions
– NO DOWNSIDE. If your player plays, then you must earn. There will be no such phenomenon as negative earningsConsidering that this is safe income, i.e., independent of wins or losses, I think this could be quite attractive.

As we informed you last week, Microgaming, our clients’ software provider has been experiencing some data issues and we have stopped the stats engine as a result.
Please note that data integrity has not been compromised and players will still be tracked. Microgaming should be addressing the problem this week, and we’ll update the stats as soon as they have. It will take between 24 and 48 hours to update the stats and then all figures will reflect.
We regret to inform you that due to this all payments will be delayed.

Can you please give us specifics of exactly what the problems are and what actions have been taken to rectify them? Please do not make general and vague sweeping statements like above.
Why are payments delayed this has nothing to do with last month earnings!

The Manager told me in mail the try to pay all their affiliates about 20 in the months.
Today my CPA stats are inverted with the august stats! Anyone have the same problem? :omg:
This problem is caused by Microgaming itself, not the individual aff programs. Several seem to be affected.
From what I hear this was just fixed and none of the data was lost. However, it will take a little time for the stats run by the various programs to adjust, and after that happens, payments can be processed.
This is a Microgaming problem.
