InactiveI found some information for Vegas Partner.
The page to look at is the “commission” page (not so much the T&Cs page).
Current VP commission page: http://www.vegaspartner.com/commission.asp
Commission page on Nov. 13, 2004: http://web.archive.org/web/20041113063901/http://www.vegaspartner.com/commission.asp
Source of information: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.vegaspartner.com/commission.asp

InactiveHi Dave!
Actually, I read both pages. What I also need is something that says that you earn income for the lifetime of the player… but the T&C and commission pages cover almost everything else.
More important – Fortune and Referback. I don’t think VPL will be in breach for very much longer.

InactiveSo far the only thing relative I found for FA is here:
http://web.archive.org/web/20031207083437/http://www.fortuneaffiliates.com/
If you click on “How long do I receive commissions on players I refer?” It says
“For as long as you are an affiliate and promote our website you will receive commissions on players you refer.” This is dated July 2004As for RB on their front page dated July 2004 it does say lifetime commissions:

Some affiliate programs pay no more than a once only commission. At Vegas Partner casinos, you will earn substantial revenue from that player for as long as he or she continues to wager with those casinos. This is your opportunity to build a recurring revenue stream that requires minimal ongoing effort from you.
A search for Fortune pages got me two results here… but if you try to view them you get a “Redirect Error”
I found this for ReferBack:
