But if all they can get away with is having some type of hand held device that can only be used while on casino grounds, I wouldn’t expect that this would be such a threat to any online companies, where a player can gamble anytime, anywhere…
This will still take some time, but I am positive eventually that there will be regulation/licencing by the US government and that some of the US landbased casinos will go online.
I think there will be a number of casinos licenced, under strict rules, and it will be legal for US citizens to play on these and nothing but these.
The remaining online casinos will either try to get licenced or settle into just being there as now.
Where will affiliates be? Everywhere.
That is in the long run though.
Meanwhile we need to make sure the online industry is as blemish free and legal as it can be.
