Since we can’t really figure out who won in this WTO ruling, I guess we can look at the actions being taken since. This, along with the US sidestepping the ruling seems to indicate that maybe it did go our way.
It is going back to the WTO.
And we lost, we are just not admitting it and will not comply no matter how many rulings are coming down.
