InactiveTheir program was operational until the end of May They paid out the May profits on June 1st like usual. A few days after that they re-did the software.
I currently have their old affiliate info page bookmarked. It is not currently linked to their website. I’m sure it’ll change when things get updated.

InactiveThis is a classic case of a company abusing the affiliate system
New room launches an advertising campaign, tv ads, affiliate websites, recruits as many players as they can.
Once they peak out, they cancel the affiliate program, figuring they won’t get more new players, this way they also avoid paying commissions on the existing 1000+ players that the affiliates sent them.
*FRAUD WARNING*

InactiveF#%k !! :madat:
I only saw this thread today – also never earned much from them and therefore hardly ever checked their stats.
Did anybody actually get an email from them that informed us of this situation?
I don’t mind not earning at a place if they are doing everything right – but to send traffic to a place I will not earn a thing – that’ just wrong

InactivePeralis, we had no idea til one day I went to check stats and the software was updated, then the stats were gone no affiliate section anymore

We made a few hundred a month, but they owe us $$$$$. And I’m still being told that they are working on the affiliate program.

InactiveI made decent money from them – 568 players and $2,368 in profits. The weird thing is that their are not a small company World Sports Exchange is a big company and for them to do this was very unexpected.
Here is one of the recurring problems I am seeing. Whenever a poker room switches over to a new software program they seem to have trouble carrying over their affiliate program. This happened to the PlatinumPokerClub when they used their own version of the Dobrosoft software and switched to the Victor Chandler network. They started up their affiliate program again from scratch. Their poker room was so small before the switch that the argument that they were doing it to dump their old affiliate and earn extra money from the players affiliates signed up cant be made because i was one of the biggest affiliates there and i only made $550 total.

The PlatinumPokerClub. We must of been one of the top affiliates as well doing around $500 total. They didn’t answer emails for weeks and weeks, begged us to get in the forum and sponsor some freerolls. When we came to an agreement on one freeroll, they had it up in the software for a week or so then a day before it was supposed to start, it disappeared and they just avoided us for days. Then finally said “sorry, we had to pull it down” no reason, no nothing, meanwhile I had over 100 in the league that were expecting to play.

Yeah right!!
Whatever – I never knew about the change and the fact that the affiliate program suddenly did not work anymore and get the impression that nobody else did either… I am supposed to trust that statement now?
Forget it!

InactiveJust an update, I kept getting the same response from them, “we’re working on it and tracking is working” blah, blah, blah. I hadn’t bothered with emailing them for months and months and yesterday was going through old stats and checking places I don’t normally check, and decided to give them another email. Anyways, long story short, they said they owed me a few hundred and would put it in my account within the hour. So anyone that feels they are owed money, give them an email [email protected] asking about past affiliate earnings that you never received once they switched software.
