Is your site currently hosted in Germany and are you concerned it could get switched off due to the legislation regarding online gaming in Germany? If so simple, move your site to a hosting provider in the UK.
My dedicated server is hosted by coreix.net, expensive but great service and support. If you can afford it check them out.
