There are lots of affordable options around. In the past I have used SpinBox and Advertpro and they are both cost affective

I don’t know what exactly you want.
If you want to track all click throughs on banner on your site, the best software I know is phpadsnew. It tracks all clicks, has rotating features and a bunch of other features. It requires php and mysql.
